Title: SHORT TERM RENTAL GENERAL MANAGER
Company Info: CKC Properties, LLC. is a real estate development & management company specializing in commercial and residential projects in Charleston, SC. We have several new projects lined up and are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to help manage weekend unit turnovers in order to help us grow our outside management portfolio.
Established systems are designed to support the goal of maximizing rental income and maintaining the assets as well as providing enjoyable experience to all of our guests.
CKC is currently looking for a dynamic and energetic team member that will focus on unit turnover oversight to manage the properties located in downtown Charleston, Mount Pleasant and Isle of the Palms.
The ideal candidate will be a well-organized and detail-oriented self-starter who has strong interpersonal skills and is able to work with many different people, while also motivated to accomplish tasks that need to be done individually.

Job Type: Daily/Hourly
General Hours will be Sunday 10am-5pm.
Job Requirements:
-Good attention to detail
- Technologically Inclined. The software utilized includes Google Docs, Hostaway, Breezeway (STR management platform).
- Highly Organized
- Ability to communicate with the guests and other team members; personable
- Have a reliable form of transportation and iphone.
Education Requirement:
-Bachelor’s Degree not required
Compensation:
-$200/Day
-$25/Hour
Job Responsibilities:
-Turnover: Turnover units and schedule cleaners, conduct move-out inspection, post cleaning inspections and changing of door codes as each guests checks out/in.
-Property Oversight: Inspect site locations and maintain the exterior of the properties, ensure garbage areas are orderly, hot tub/pools are in good working condition, and overall common areas are neat.
-Communicate: Communicate with Property Managers and housekeepers to notify them when properties are ready, in acceptable condition, or to report any issues.
-Maintenance: Communicate with independent contractors on all maintenance needs to ensure problems are resolved in an efficient manner for our guests.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $150.00 - $200.00 per day
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
