Ckoncepts is searching for a Social Media Specialist to support our social media department. This position is both full-time and in-person.
A Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating content for multiple social media accounts across various platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, and Yelp), engaging with different online communities, and generating monthly performance reports. Additionally, create social media strategies focused on client objectives, ensuring effective plans with achievable key performance indicators (KPIs).
We're looking for a person who meets the following skillset:
Strong written communication skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
Ability to remain updated on social media trends
Ability to analyze social media performance.
Education:
Majors in communications, marketing, design, or other related fields are preferred.
