CL Construction is in search of a Skilled Paving Foreman. As a Paving Foreman at CL Construction, you will be responsible for assisting the superintendent with overseeing concrete paving crews and managing concrete paving projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Superintendent with Overseeing a Concrete Paving Crew, and Concrete Paving Projects
- Understand project scope, change order process and customer communication
- Ensure project documents are complete
- Responsible for managing jobsite safety and minimizing risk
- Monitor construction activity regularly, hold regular status meetings and maintain communication with all sub-teams and company leadership
Qualifications
- Previous Concrete Paving Foreman experience
- Concrete Paving hands-on experience required
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
- Ability to verbally communicate instructions and train others
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints, limited material takeoffs, and coordinate projects efficiently
- Ability envision overall job perspective and make reasonable decisions using sound judgement
