What are the responsibilities and job description for the Millwright Project Manager position at CL Construction?
As a Millwright Project Manager at CL Construction, you will be responsible for maintaining the final accountability for all assigned millwright projects from the initial bid to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating closely with general superintendents, project engineers, and company leadership to ensure project timelines are being met while staying within the budget
- Proactively monitoring project activity to prevent avoidable delays
- Mentoring, leading, and developing team members and crews
- Managing project schedules, timelines, budgets and expenses.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years project management experience within the millwright or agricultural construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints, drawings and other types of schematics.
- Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email and in person.
- Computer skills and comfort with technology, preferably to include MS Office and ProCore
- Ability to travel to jobsites for visits and problem resolution as required
