Job overview
As a Paving Laborer at CL Construction, you will be responsible for the prepping, pouring, and finishing of our concrete paving projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Puddling, pouring, and texturing of concrete
- Jobsite Prep – fine grading, setting string, forming, shimming, setting baskets & additional steel
- Curing, sawing, and sealing of paved concrete
- Building curb by hand and running a straight edge
- Working behind a slip form paver
Qualifications
- 1 – 2 years Concrete Paving experience
- Jobsite Prep – fine grading, setting string, forming, shimming, setting baskets & additional steel
- Concrete – puddling, pouring, texturing, curing, sawing, and sealing
- Experience building curb by hand and running a straight edge
- Working with, in-front of or behind a slip form paver helpful
- Concrete or construction jobsite knowledge
