What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paving Project Manager position at CL Construction?
As a Paving Project Manager at CL Construction, you will be responsible for leading and developing all aspects of large concrete paving projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the scope, budget and timeline requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and develop all aspects of large paving projects from start to finish.
- Communicate the status, challenges, budgets, timelines with required team members.
- Develop team members, plans, schedules, budgets
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project engineers, and superintendents to ensure Compliance with local codes, regulations, while meeting customer specifications and safety standards.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience working around slipform paving operations preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with computers, phones, software, and other tools used to help with efficiency and accuracy.
- Previous experience developing, coaching, motivating and disciplining crew members
- Ability to problem solve, make good decisions, & leverage strengths on your Team.
