Sales and Customer Relations Trainee (Entry Level)

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through effective communication and phone etiquette.
- Assist clients with inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Utilize computer skills to manage customer information efficiently.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
