Job Description:
As a Dental Front Office Coordinator, you will be the face of our practice, responsible for ensuring a smooth experience for our patients from the moment they walk in until they leave. Your key responsibilities will include:
Treatment Planning: Discuss and explain treatment plans to patients, ensuring they understand their dental care and financial options.
Phone Handling: Answer phone calls professionally, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries.
Dental Insurance Coordination: Verify and file dental insurance claims, check benefits, and follow up on outstanding claims.
Payment Collection: Manage patient billing, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
Patient Communication: Greet patients warmly, manage patient flow, and keep our office organized.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a dental office minimum of 3 years experience
Knowledge of dental insurance processes and claims handling.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with dental software
