Job Summary:
The Facilities Coordinator ensures smooth, efficient operations at CL Visual, partnering with the General Manager. This role oversees the Printing Department, Installation Department, and Production/Finishing Departments and is responsible for general facility maintenance inside and out, including repairs, cleanliness, and upkeep of building systems and outdoor areas. The Facilities Coordinator promptly addresses maintenance issues to maintain a safe and functional environment.
Team Lead Responsibilities:
- Oversee training, implementing and practicing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Create measurable and drive process improvements across departments.
- End of day reports.
- Monitor inventory for specific departments, place orders necessary to maintain adequate stock levels. Create and maintain budgets for the entire back of house team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facility operations and coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure all equipment is functional and safe, and manage routine maintenance and repairs with timely completion.
- Collaborate with vendors on maintenance and improvement projects (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Act as a liaison between the Office Manager, General Manager, employees, and vendors.
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of safety policies, Ensuring a safer workplace Lead Safety Committee and run all safety meetings and training throughout the entire company.
- Conduct weekly department meetings and daily team huddles.
- Assist with setup and breakdown for meetings and events, coordinating special facility needs with the Office Manager and/or General Manager.
- Support budget tracking and document ongoing projects for timely task completion with specific departments.
- Manage employee schedules in relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and forklift certifications.
- Coordinate all logistics for incoming and outgoing deliveries and shipments.
- Respond swiftly to facility-related emergencies and coordinate appropriate actions. A written response plan should be in place for all possible and major catastrophes.
- Traffic management of the Print Room Trello board. Ensuring all cards are attended to in a timely manner and follow proper procedure.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent time management.
- Proven supervisory skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Trainual, Trello, or similar management software for creating and maintaining reports and logs.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Develop and Implement processes.
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods throughout the facilities.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Capability to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment and buildings.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Salary : $25 - $30
