What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in HR administration, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in core HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

Position Overview:
- Support HR initiatives and assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
- Help update the company handbook as needed.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support employee needs and improve the employee experience.
- Assist with HR training sessions and workshops.
- Address employee inquiries, offering guidance on HR-related matters.
- Oversee employee timekeeping for payroll accuracy.
- Track employee PTO, sick days, and vacation time.
- Manage employee records with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture.
- Draft offer and rejection letters for candidates.
- Attend professional development sessions to stay current with HR laws and practices.
- Support scheduling and handling of employee reviews.
- Stay informed on industry trends and HR best practices.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for decision-making.
- Assist with the recruitment process, from posting job openings to interviewing and onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR administration.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment and employee relations.
- Familiarity with employment laws to ensure compliance.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship-building.
- Detail-oriented, especially with data management and record-keeping.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Problem-solving skills with an ability to foresee and address HR challenges.

Compensation:
- $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Type:
- Full-Time Position
- Hours: Monday-Thursday 8 am-4:30 pm, Friday 9 am-3 pm
