Duties

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules around events or peak occupancy periods.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
