Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas in accordance with our high standards of service. This role is essential in ensuring guest satisfaction and comfort during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure a consistent level of service.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by management.
Skills
- Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
