The Estacada School District is seeking a pool of applicants for a temporary 5th Grade Teacher at Clackamas River Elementary. This position will begin mid-March and will remain through the end of the school year.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Valid Preliminary or Professional Oregon TSPC License (or ability to hold prior starting) with the proper endorsement(s) and committed to keeping their license in good standing with TSPC.
- Prefer teachers who have a strong support of a continuous learning model in the classroom for students and staff; support and believe that a system based on learning, as opposed to teaching, should be our systems focus; supports proficiency based learning and grading, and is willing to take risks.
- Successful classroom experience desired.
- Successful candidates shall demonstrate proficiency to communicate clearly and appropriately verbally and in writing in English. Bilingual skills (Spanish) are preferred but not required.
- Must be flexible and willing to work in person, on campus and/or virtually.
- Meet the District minimum physical requirements, basic skills, and/or health standards for the position.

SALARY, BENEFITS, CONTRACT
- $55,447-$94,492 (Prorated for actual days worked and dependent upon verified years of experience and education as shown on official transcripts)
