Breakfast Server

Bangor Hilton Garden Inn is seeking a Breakfast server with weekend availability to join our brighthearted team!

Who are you? Are you interested in shaping guests’ dining experience and working for a company that takes pride in their F&B operations? Servers have the opportunity to spend more time with our guests than any other department, which makes them a very important piece of our guests’ stay!

Attributes Required:

• Guest service skills to create an excellent dining experience, even during busy periods.
• Ability to learn our POS, process orders, and make change.
• Communication skills, ability to work well with guests, coworkers, and different departments within the hotel.
• Food safety and sanitation experience.
• Would a non-traditional schedule work better for your life? Since the hotel is open 24/7, weekend and evening availability is often required.
• Dependable, self-motivated, brighthearted, can do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take and process orders accurately using POS systems, ensuring efficient service.
• Serve food and beverages while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and assist in food preparation as needed.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance the dining experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
