We are expanding and looking for motivated Enrollment Representatives to join our team and help grow our customer base by offering solutions that make a real difference.

Job Overview : As a Enrollment Representative , you will be responsible for driving new business by engaging directly with potential customers and presenting the benefits of our green energy solutions. You’ll work in an assigned territory, developing leads, building relationships, and closing deals. This is an excellent opportunity for highly motivated individuals with a passion for sales, looking for uncapped earning potential while making a positive environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct face-to-face presentations with residential customers in your assigned territory, educating them on community solar and third-party energy services and helping them enroll in the program.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through lead generation, and referrals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by thoroughly explaining the benefits of our solutions and answering any questions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and results.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive collective success.

  • Previous Sales Experience : Preferred but not required – we provide training for the right candidates.
