The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching foundational psychology courses, research methods and statistics, and advanced program courses within the psychology curriculum. There are opportunities to teach online as well. A commitment to teaching excellence and student advising is required. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to maintain an ongoing program of research and publication, the potential to secure external grant funding to support that research, and the willingness to contribute substantially to the departments teaching mission at the undergraduate and anticipated graduate level. Additionally, as one of the fastest-growing and most rapidly evolving majors on campus, the Psychology program is seeking candidates who can bring unique skills to foster the growth.
