The Key Responsibilities
- Try several cases a year
- Strategize and work with staff on litigation cases
- Work with management to establish procedures & standards to maximize case outcomes.
- Work with management to establish training & development paths for staff
- Work closely with management to build an outstanding litigation team
- Drafting / reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, demands, depositions, mediations, hearings, court appearances, and trial dockets
