About the Role:

We’re a growing start-up in the insure-tech industry based in Keene NH. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Claim Processing Administrator with strong project management and communication skills to join our remote team. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently, and communicates clearly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, verify, and process incoming claims with a high degree of accuracy
  • Coordinate and track progress across multiple claim cases and related tasks
  • Maintain organized records and documentation using digital tools and systems
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and gather missing information
  • Assist with workflow optimization and identifying process improvements
  • Follow and help enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for claim handling
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to management

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in administrative support is a plus (claims processing, or a related field)
  • Previous experience in claims processing or administrative support is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
  • Proficient in digital project management tools is a plus (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday, or Hubspot )

Compensation: Part-time contract (W9); flexible hours. Compensation will be discussed during the interview and based on experience.
