About the Role:
We’re a growing start-up in the insure-tech industry based in Keene NH. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Claim Processing Administrator with strong project management and communication skills to join our remote team. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently, and communicates clearly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and process incoming claims with a high degree of accuracy
- Coordinate and track progress across multiple claim cases and related tasks
- Maintain organized records and documentation using digital tools and systems
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and gather missing information
- Assist with workflow optimization and identifying process improvements
- Follow and help enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for claim handling
- Provide regular status updates and reports to management
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in administrative support is a plus (claims processing, or a related field)
- Previous experience in claims processing or administrative support is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Proficient in digital project management tools is a plus (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday, or Hubspot )
