Construction Manager - Orlando, FL

Clair Global Integration is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of low voltage systems in new large Venues both domestically and Internationally.. This role involves managing complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with key internal and external customers stakeholders..

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee all phases of low voltage system projects, including preconstruction, construction, and commissioning.
• Technical Expertise: Ensure compliance with jurisdictional and architectural design requirements, applicable codes, and safety standards.
• Budgeting and Scheduling: Develop and manage budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve issues and meet project objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with low voltage systems in large venues.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor team members to ensure project success.
• BIM Management: Oversee the BIM modeling process and ensure its effective implementation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience:
  • 2-10 years of experience in managing construction projects, with preference given low voltage system projects in spectacle and performance environments.
  • Demonstrated construction experience .
  • Extensive experience with new construction projects and familiarity with efficient and safe delivery methods.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and technical drawing interpretation.
  • Understanding of construction regulations and business practices.
  • Expert knowledge of construction means and methods for efficient and safe project delivery.
  • Proficiency in BIM modeling and management of BIM processes.

Working Conditions:

• Extended Travel and/or relocation to Project locations.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects simultaneously.
