Clair Global is hiring an Intercom & Radio Coordinator who will help coordinate daily logistical operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution of intercom and radio services. The ideal candidate will possess a general understanding of intercom and radio theory, experience in leading a small team, thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, and demonstrate technical knowledge of network equipment, such as switches and access points.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare intercom and radio systems for touring clients and one-off events
- Lead a small team of coworkers to meet client's deadlines
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure equipment is allocated accurately
- Update department documentation for technical procedures and processes
- Organize warehousing of gear
- Unpack and de-prep equipment
- General Warehouse duties
