Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance to keep all machines running smoothly
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to mechanical equipment, minor electrical systems, and minor plumbing systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
- Maintain records of work performed, supplies used, and time spent on tasks
- Work with management to schedule and oversee third-party repairs as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols
