Our client is seeking an Investment Operations Associate to join their growing team. This role will provide structured training and guidance. The Investment Operations Associate will focus on account opening, onboarding, adjustments to existing accounts, and one-off transfers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all paperwork processes.
Key Responsibilities
- New Accounts & Onboarding: Process and review new account applications, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Account Maintenance: Manage changes to existing accounts.
- Paperwork Accuracy: Prepare and review forms for completeness and correctness, ensuring complete accuracy.
- Operational Coordination: Work closely with the back office, Financial Advisors, and support teams to facilitate account-related transactions.
- Process Improvements: Support proactive reviews of existing accounts to identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Follow-Ups & Compliance: Track and follow up on transfers and paperwork, coordinating with financial institutions as needed.
- Training & Documentation: Work with the team lead to follow structured training materials and maintain/update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
