Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute a growth-driven strategy to expand the firm’s presence in Colorado and the broader five-state region.
- Lead business development efforts and build strategic partnerships to drive revenue and market share.
Leadership & Team Development
- Provide hands-on mentorship and leadership to financial professionals, ensuring alignment with the firm’s vision and values.
- Foster a supportive, high-performance environment where financial professionals can thrive, grow, and stay long-term.
Recruitment & Talent Retention
- Actively recruit, onboard, and retain experienced and early-career financial professionals in partnership with the recruiting team.
- Prioritize cultural alignment in hiring, ensuring new advisors share the firm’s long-term vision and values.
- Engage in diversity recruiting initiatives and build strong talent pipelines.
Client & Advisor Success
- Champion the firm’s holistic financial planning approach, guiding advisors to integrate financial strategies effectively.
- Inspire financial professionals to take personal accountability for their success while ensuring exceptional client service.
- Implement technology-driven solutions to enhance the client and advisor experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven leader with at least 7 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related field.
- Strong recruiter with experience hiring and mentoring financial professionals, particularly for commission-based careers.
- Visionary thinker who recruits for the long-term, focusing on cultural alignment and retention rather than short-term numbers.
- Passionate about coaching and professional development, creating an environment where advisors can grow and succeed.
- Excited about expansion, with a strategic mindset to drive growth in the Denver market and beyond.
- Must have Series 7, Series 66, and Life & Health Insurance licenses.
- Compensation mindset: Understands and supports commission-based career models while ensuring financial professionals feel valued and empowered.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Total compensation: $350K - $500K (base performance-based incentives). This range is what counterparts are earning.
- Territory includes five states with occasional travel (approximately once a month for a day or so).
Salary : $350,000 - $500,000
