Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead and motivate the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee inventory control processes, including stock management and replenishment.
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about products and services.
- Participate in recruiting efforts by conducting interviews and assisting in the hiring process.
- Maintain an organized store environment that enhances the shopping experience for customers.
- Handle cash register operations, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the store manager on promotional activities and merchandising strategies.
Requirements
