Global POG Supervisor, In Store Presentation (On-Site)

About the Role The POG Supervisor develops and implements cohesive store presentations and floor sets that provide compelling appeal to the core customer while incorporating current Company merchandise strategies. Supervise the production of all corporate planograms and merchandising memos issued to the Field Organization Oversee the creation of effective visual displays to create a shopping experience that maximizes revenue and customer satisfaction. Keep up with industry trends and innovate new and different ways to merchandise florets that maintain brand relevancy and keep Claire's on the cutting edge of retail excellence. Create brand right storytelling in our retail spaces that perpetuate our brand, driving traffic and conversion. Oversee the maintenance of Claire’s and Icing model stores Work cross functionally with buying and planning to ensure accurate product implementation and realistic floorsets from concept through field execution Supervise the individual planogram calendar schedule for each coordinator to ensure deadlines are met in the most effective manner possible Supervise the planogram turn in process between merchandising, marketing, and ISP Create planogram directives to support the planning and execution of planograms in field stores Supervise the internal training program, redefining training practices as needed to evolve with changing staffing needs Oversee the interdepartmental training program to ensure accurate product handover in an efficient manner that best supports the visual process. Engage in regular field store visits to understand all aspects of the floorsets that the candidate is supervising. Keep a regular comp shop schedule to maintain awareness of competition.
