Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Courtesy Officer to join our team. This role involves providing resident support during evening hours on Friday and Saturday nights. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a helpful attitude.
Main Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist residents in emergency situations, such as lockouts, escorts, and directing emergency vehicles to buildings. The Courtesy Officer will also patrol buildings and grounds, answer phone and two-way radio calls, and provide assistance with visitor entry and emergency situations.
Requirements
- Fully vaccinated
- One year previous experience in a security or customer service role
Working Conditions
This is a part-time position with varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. The Courtesy Officer will be supervised by a full-time officer and the Operations Director.
