Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated expierenced Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients visiting our office, must have Eaglesoft knowledge,providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk while maintaining patient records and upholding HIPAA compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk of our office.
- Schedule appointments
- Verify insurance information and process patient billing accurately.
- Eaglesoft knowledge is a must.
- Treatment Plan and work on Dr. recall.
-Check patients out and collect copays
Qualifications:
- Experience in a dental office
- Must have Eaglesoft knowledge .
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication.
- Team player
- Knowledge of dental terminology and codes is a plus.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient privacy.
