We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer with strong Revit skills to contribute to our growing portfolio of custom homes, renovations, and other residential designs.
Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time Architectural Designer to work in person and assist in creating innovative and functional designs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Revit and experience working on various design stages from conceptual design through to construction documents. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to produce accurate and efficient designs that meet our clients' needs and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and construction documents using Revit
- Assist with design development and construction detailing
- Collaborate with clients and the project team to ensure design intent is achieved
- Review and revise drawings based on client and team feedback
- Coordinate with team members to ensure project success
- Maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are met
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in Revit is required (minimum 2 years of experience)
- Experience with AutoCAD and other design software is a plus
- Strong understanding of architectural design, construction detailing, and building codes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work full-time, on-site, and be part of a dynamic team
