Summary:
Provide timely, accurate, and friendly service while preparing high-quality beverages for our guests. Each bartender's primary objective is to create an exceptional experience that encourages repeat visits.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate point-of-sale systems, including cash registers, credit card processing machines, and bar code reader equipment.
- Maintain and calibrate carbonated beverage dispensers, draught foam control devices, electronic beer line maintenance equipment, refrigerated liquid recirculation equipment, and soda dispensers.
- Clean and sanitize commercial equipment, including blenders, graters, cutlery, dishwashers, juicers, mixers, strainers, and ice shaver machines.
- Pour and serve a variety of drinks, utilizing cocktail shakers, pour spouts, spirit measures, domestic mist or trigger sprayers, and non-carbonated beverage dispensers.
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using touch screen monitors, data base user interface and query software, internet browser software, and point-of-sale software.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and work well under pressure. Previous experience as a bartender or server is highly desirable.
