About the Role:
We’re seeking a hardworking and proactive assistant to support our CEO with researching potential brand collaborations, event locations, and talent scouting in Miami. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in Spanish and English, have a strong work ethic, and be eager to grow within a fast-growing company that works with global brands. This is an opportunity to learn and gain experience while having the potential to earn a lot of money if you're willing to put in the work.
Position Details:
- Role: Part-Time Assistant (Flexible Schedule)
- Location: Miami, FL (Weekly in-person meetings required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential brands, venues, and talent for collaboration
- Assist in outreach and securing partnerships
- Maintain an organized database of leads and communications
- Provide occasional administrative support related to event planning
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Strong research and organisational skills
- No prior experience required, just a hardworking attitude and willingness to learn
Pay & Benefits:
- Flexible hours to accommodate studies and work from home with weekly meetings with Director.
- Fixed part time monthly fee variable pay based on event and brands success
