What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Assistant position at CLAPP'S NURSING HOME?
Clapp's Nursing Home, a family operated Nursing Facility, is looking for a full time Maintenance Assistant. This position would also work in housekeeping every other weekend. Candidates must be professional and dependable. Being reliable and having a good attitude is very important in this role. Experience working in a nursing facility a plus.
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Knowledge of HVAC
- Knowledge of Plumbing
- Knowledge of Electrical
- Completing Maintenance request
- Safety rounds
- Painting and patching sheetrock
- Cleaning/sanitizing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
