Job Description:
This is a full-time position working days, 12-hour shifts, with weekends required. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to develop and sustain an environment that supports compassionate care, healthcare excellence, and superior service.
Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in New Jersey.
- Maintenance of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BCLS).
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program, Masters degree highly preferred.
- Successful completion of all Orientation.
