What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Clinician position at Clara Martin Center?
We are seeking a full time Clinician to join our Child & Family team at our Bradford, VT location. A Master’s degree in Psychology and/or related field is required with the ability to obtain a VT license preferred. Counseling experience with a wide variety of individuals and circumstances preferred. Assessment, diagnostic, and counseling skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- provide assessments,
- formulate a diagnosis,
- provide group, individual and/or family therapy,
- design treatment plans,
- provide referral services.
Our clinical teams are comprehensive and include case managers to support community based work and emergency staff to assist with crisis situations.
We function within a team-based environment and we provide regular group and individual supervision to all clinical staff, as well as opportunities for continuing education. VT licensure is preferred and we will provide clinical supervision towards that licensure.
