The Food & Beverage Garden (name and logo to be released soon!) is poised to become the premier social gathering spot on game days and a popular lunch and dinner destination for the neighborhood.

Key features include :

Food trucks serving a multitude of cuisines alongside a full interior bar with locally crafted beers, wines, and cocktails
A blend of dining, drinking, and seating areas, both indoors and outdoors
Gaming areas like bocce ball and cornhole

Set to open just in time for football season, it will be the perfect spot to cheer on the 49ers as they embark on their next Super Bowl run!

Job Summary : The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a friendly and efficient service flow.

Responsibilities :

Ensure an exceptional dining experience by following the Company's standard of service.

Take and relay orders with accuracy and attention to detail.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the menu, including specials and beverage offerings.

Offer recommendations and answer any questions regarding specific menu items.

Input orders accurately into the POS system and ensure timely delivery of orders to the guest's table.

Set and clear tables following restaurant standards.

Monitor the dining area for cleanliness and appearance.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and efficient delivery.

Communicate effectively with fellow servers and support staff.

Promote specials and suggest upgrades to enhance the dining experience.

Work cohesively with kitchen staff, management, and fellow staff members and assist during peak times as needed,

Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.

Adhere to alcohol service regulations and age verification.

Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Must Haves :

Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting.

Knowledge of POS

Knowledge of basic food safety and health regulations

Customer-centric

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.

Lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Ability to work in a high-demand and fast-paced work environment.
