Winn Way Clinic
Under general supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinics, the Clinical Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of an Outpatient Clinic. The Clinical Manager is responsible for ensuring quality client care and staff performance at the site. Ensures high quality documentation of evidence-based practice. Provides clinical and administrative supervision for interdisciplinary team members. Actively supports and implements strategic agency goals. Demonstrates clinical and professional leadership presence consistently. The Clinical Manager is responsible to the Director of Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinics.
Major Responsibilities
Provides clinical and administrative oversight of the clinic.
Monitors staff performance and ensures staff are meeting performance metrics
Monitors evidence based practices and ensures quality client care
Ensures compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
Monitors program budget
Ensures environmental safety and a therapeutic milieu for staff, clients and visitors
Ensures high quality documentation through reviews, audits, and adherence to agency guidelines
Provides clinical and administrative supervision and staff development opportunities
Conducts all HR-relevant activities, including performance improvement, interviewing and selecting new hires
Develops and promotes collaborative internal and external relationships
Actively supports and implements strategic agency goals
Demonstrates clinical and professional leadership presence consistently
Role models and ensures staff provides excellent customer service to clients/families, staff and visitors
May provide direct clinical services
Skill, Competency, and Education Requirements
Required qualifications:
Current Georgia licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Three years of related work experience, computer proficiency and ability to multi-task
Demonstrates competency in using evidenced based treatments for addictive diseases and mental illness
Ability to work from and promote a person-centered, recovery oriented, and trauma informed philosophy in client care
Preferred qualifications:
At least one year’s experience in a management/supervisor role. CPCS or ACS if licensed as an LPC
Bilingual Spanish
WORKING CONDITIONS
Works in an outpatient clinic 8:15am-5:00pm with some evening or weekend hours (as determined by clinic needs).
