Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Decatur, GA for a Residential Clinical Manager at Claratel Behavioral Health. The Residential Clinical Manager will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, providing training, ensuring quality improvement, coordinating case management and psychosocial rehabilitation services, and completing behavioral health assessments and treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in counseling or social work, associate license preferred
- Clinical Operations and Quality Improvement skills
- Training in Case Management and Psychosicial Rehab
- Experience in behavioral health or substance use housing/case management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
