Title: Lawn Care
Schedule
Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Lunch daily from 12:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m. and frequent 15-minute breaks throughout the day.
Starting Pay
$16/hour
Overtime factor of 1.5x hourly rate
Synopsis
The primary goal of the lawn care is to keep the community looking its best through daily lawn care of common facilities, including the office, recreation hall, gatehouse, bathhouses, and other public spaces. Lawn Care should strive to achieve a high standard of scheduling to promote a great visual presence in the community.

Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift objects weighing 50 lbs. or less
· Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
· Knowledge of basic lawn equipment, including riding and zero-turn mowers
· Ability to work in an outdoor environment with high heat
· Ability to operate a golf cart/Gator UTV
Duties/Responsibilities
· Mowing, trimming, weed pulling, and edging of common areas
· Assisting with the leaf collection route
· Maintaining the hours of use of all equipment
· Restocking of essential-use items
· Reporting of inventory and damaged items
· Meter Reads and Bulk Trash assistance
· Use and update Task System
· Other general tasks to promote the overall appearance of the common areas as directed by the manager/supervisor
Education and Experience
A fertilizer/pesticide License is required
