Oversee and coordinate the maintenance of office building(s). This includes electrical, plumbing, ventilation, elevator, cleaning and all other building systems. They may be responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed. Maintenance-related duties include performing initial evaluations of building systems and distributing work assignments.
Essential Responsibilities
Education: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED).
Experience and Skills::
Equipment Operated: All maintenance related equipment as required.
Physical Requirements: Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with maintenance duties. Ability to lift 50 pounds and complete the tasks of this position with required standing, walking, bending, reaching and lifting.

Essential Responsibilities
- Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by conferring with operating departments; identifying problems and requirements.
- Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.
- Improves function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by studying performance results; identifying, recommending, and implementing changes, expansions, and additions.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal codes and regulations.

- Building Exterior – Check for damages, cleanliness, aesthetics and make repairs
- Units- Check for damages and make repairs.
- Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervising staff and outside vendors as required.
Education: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED).
Experience and Skills::
- Written/oral communications , supervisory, and general maintenance skills
- Technical understanding of maintenance equipment
- Planning and forecasting skills
- Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends as needed
- Willingness to attend continuing education courses at the request of the employer.
