Job Title : Warehouse SR. Lead

Reports To : Warehouse Supervisor
Position Summary : Warehouse SR. Lead is responsible for the Warehouse operations and daily activities of staff. Monitors and evaluates staff performance and shift goals against broader business objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Receiving, Shipping, Internal Picking, Returns, Cycle Count
- Adhering to FIFO standards.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Responsible for knowledge and adherence to Safe Quality Food Safety Level 2 compliance standards as trained upon annually.
- Ensure all plant personnel are operating in compliance with plant procedures. Report any non-compliance immediately to upper management.
- Responsible for ensuring all warehouse team members are supervised and trained.
- Must be a team player
- Ability to drive forklift, and obtain forklift certification
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
- Able to stand for 8 -12 hours at a time.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Back Up : Warehouse Manager
Responsible for knowledge and adherence to Safe Quality Food (SQF) for Food Manufacturing standards, FDA compliance, FSMA compliance, GFCO certification, Organic certification, GMP Program, Allergen Program, and other food safety programs; as trained upon initial hire and annually."
