Optical Receptionist

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be familiar with different vision and medical insurances and be able to effectively communicate benefits to patients.
• Must be able to multitask to coordinate doctor's schedules, pull insurance authorizations, respond to patients.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to respond to patients via text message and phone.
• Must have strong computer skills
• Must be able to scan and fax records.
• Must have experience with electronic health records.
• 2 years of experience desired
• Hourly rate commensurate to level of experience
