**Duties:**
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with medical procedures, such as animal catheterization and veterinary critical care.
- Efficiently manage technician schedule and daily janitorial duties
- Provide animal husbandry and care, including cleaning cages, feeding, administering medication, and relief walks
- Clean and maintain kennels, including disinfecting and sanitizing areas.
- Monitor animal behavior and health, reporting any unusual signs or symptoms to veterinarians.
- Maintain accurate records of animal care and medical procedures.
- Develop a strong understanding of animal anatomy and veterinary terminology.
- Assist with animal restraint and handling.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall well-being of the animals.

**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 yr Minimum of Veterinary Experience or Clinical setting
- Certification in animal care or veterinary assistance preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule. Shifts range as early from 7:30am and some shifts end as late as 6:15pm
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong passion for animal welfare and the ability to work with animals of all sizes and temperaments.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
