POSITION TITLE
Lead Cafeteria Staff
SUMMARY
The primary function of this position is to prepare and serve a nutritional lunch for CCS students.
MINIMUM JOB DUTIES
- Organize and store previous day’s dishes and silverware.
- Operate and preheat steam tables and ovens.
- Organize and set up half a dozen sanitizer buckets for students to clean tables.
- Organize cabinets and shelving.
- Keep refrigerator and freezer cleaned and organized.
- Begin food prep and cooking .
- Wednesday place and pay for Friday pizza.
- Pick up and purchase all food necessary for the week.
- Clean trays, silverware, pots and pans, and other utensils according to Health Department regulations.
- Restock food and beverages.
- Discard all expired foods.
- Clean, sanitize, sweep, and mop the kitchen and cafeteria.
- Clean all the microwaves and countertops.
- Ensure that all food is stored according to Health Department regulations.
- Present self in a manner befitting an ambassador of Christ at all times.
- Report maintenance needs to Office Coordinator.
- Communicate concerns and student conflict with Principal.
- Complete other duties as requested by Principal.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required: Personal relationship with Jesus; and previous experience in the food service industry.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
