Remote Sales Specialist, the opportunity
Clarendale Senior Living, part of Life Care Services is seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Sales Specialist. This position will respond promptly and personally via phone and email to inquiries across assigned senior living communities, utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads and activities, and coordinate with community teams to move the lead through the initial steps of the sales process with a focus on scheduling experiences. The sales specialist will also nurture active and inactive leads as assigned. Additionally, the Remote Sales Specialist will have the responsibility for conducting mystery shops of various communities within the assigned communities and for competitors.
The Remote Sales Specialist will report directly to the Regional Sales and Marketing Director with significant interaction and collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Directors and sales teams at the communities served.
Here are some of the top daily responsibilities of this role:
- Handles incoming digital leads across assigned communities including initial discovery and next steps
- Schedules experiences for operational communities
- Qualifies leads and promotes deposits for pre-leasing communities
- Nurtures leads across assigned communities as indicated by assignment
- Exceeds targeted number of prospecting activities and tracks key performance indicators per month
- Continues to follow-up with interested prospects per company sales standards with the goal of converting to an experience or mutually agreed upon next step
- Works closely with Regional and community marketing and sales staff to facilitate strong understanding of community offerings and differentiators to use in the personalized services provided to customers
- Collaborates with assigned community teams on sales targets and initiatives based on identified needs
- Participates in ongoing portfolio initiatives and training programs as a sales expert
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in sales, business or hospitality field preferred.
- At least two years sales experience, preferably in senior living.
- Customer Relations Management (CRM) experience, Salesforce a plus. Analytical skills for use in evaluating metrics and data related to inquiries and conversion trends
Starting Salary: $65,000 base annual plus commission opportunity. Salary based on experience level.
