Although a home-based role, regular visits to the corporate headquarter in Louisville, Kentucky will be required. The position will report to the President of Clarendon Flavors.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales and business development team(s), driving a culture of excellence, accountability, and high performance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that enhance Clarendon Flavors’ competitive positioning and achieve customer targets resulting in compounded growth.
- Leverage industry connections and an existing book of business to drive new revenue streams.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while managing existing client relationships to drive retention and long-term growth.
- Customer-centric mindset based on growing a broad range of meaningful relationships across multiple industries (Food & Beverage, Spirits, pharmaceuticals, confectionery and cannabis).
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies to maintain a market-leading position.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows.
