What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Vision: Inspire, train, and manage an exceptional optical team while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Deliver Excellence: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure seamless prescription fulfillment.
• Collaborate for Impact: Partner with our optometrists and management team to deliver premium patient care and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Delight Our Patients: Assist patients in selecting the perfect frames, recommend lenses tailored to their needs and provide adjustments to achieve an ideal fit.
• Drive Results: Work closely with leadership to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals and elevate the patient experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in optical sales or management (1-3 years preferred).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with a knack for using optical management software (Crystal PM experience is a plus!).
• Expertise in optical products and services, with the ability to interpret prescriptions and meet patient needs.
• A highly organized, multi-tasking problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
