Integrity Pharmacy (a division of Clarest Health) specializes in Medication Management for patients with multiple disease states who are taking multiple medications. Our comprehensive pharmacy solution includes an in-home patient assessment; medication reconciliation; customized adherence packaging; monthly refill management and home delivery. Our Medication Management program helps eliminate duplicate medications through medication reconciliation and helps reduce hospitalizations and readmissions that result from medication errors. Our medication management program helps to ensure medication challenges are minimized and the highest outcomes for each patient we serve are achieved.
The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting pharmacy leadership by providing confidential administrative and clerical assistance. This position is responsible for preparing reports, gathering and analyzing data, coordinating meetings, and assisting with onboarding and compliance tasks. As an integral part of the team, the Administrative Assistant ensures smooth daily operations while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced office environment. This is an on-site role at our Springfield, MO pharmacy
Location: On site at our closed-door, Springfield, MO pharmacy (509 S Union Avenue Springfield, MO)
Salary : $19 /hr
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8AM - 5PM

- Provides administrative support including anticipating needs, for the pharmacy leadership.
- Prepares agendas, schedules and materials for meetings, conferences and other events.
- Collects requested data and information from various sources including email and other correspondence and documents; prepares summaries of findings and/or other related written correspondence as requested.
- May conduct research (within skills and expertise) to assist with projects or inquiries.
- Completes projects in a timely manner, providing updates on progress.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Assist with new hire onboarding to include submission of MO State license documentation, verification of State Licenses, and all other onboarding documentation as required.
- Assist with Front Desk coverage/duties as needed .
- When appropriate, assist with and maintain records relating to specific regulatory compliance requirements such as routine validation of professional licensing/certification of staff or monitoring progress of pharmacy technician trainees throughout the duration of their training program.
- Must be 18 years of age. High school diploma /GED
- Experience working in an administrative role, pharmacy setting preferred
- Must hold a current registration with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy (and be in good standing) or be willing to register with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy
- Ability to perform in an office-based setting
- Must be able to sit for extended periods while working at a computer, typing, and communicating with customers via headset
- Comfortable working in an office environment.
- Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong computer knowledge and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping, filing and office equipment.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- High frequency of contact with employees, guests, and vendors. Requires effective interpersonal and customer service skills exhibiting a pleasant outgoing and caring attitude, the ability to interact positively with a professional attitude and demeanor.
Salary : $13 - $19
