Our Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians play a vital role in ensuring patients receive their medications on time. In this role, you'll be responsible for entering new and refill prescriptions, delivering exceptional customer service through phone consultations, and working collaboratively to support efficient pharmacy operations.
Location : 14700 Helm Ct, Plymouth, MI
Salary : $18 - $20 / hr $.75 / hr shift differential (M-F) and $1.00 / hr shift differential on weekends
Sign on Bonus : $500
Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 3 : 30 AM or 8 : 00 PM – 4 : 30 AM
- Requires working four weekdays plus one weekend day per week
Training Schedule : 4.5 weeks on a M-F (9 am – 5 : 30 schedule)

Enter new and refill medication orders into the pharmacy software system with accuracy and efficiencyTrack delivery status of medicationsProvide superior customer service while consulting telephonically with customers regarding medication ordersCollaborate with team members to achieve mutual success, ensure timely delivery of medications, and exceed customer expectationsMonitor reports to identify medication orders requiring attention and resolve the identified concernEnsure Order Entry is meeting its commitments for pharmacy run times and exceeding expectations of our customers / colleague's performing fulfillmentMust be able to sit for extended periods while performing job dutiesAny and other responsibilities as assigned by the manager to support these and other responsibilities in the departmentThe ability to adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance OfficerQualifications :
High School diploma or equivalentCurrent national / state pharmacy certification and State Board of Pharmacy registration – in good standingMinimum of two (1) year working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not requiredSkills Abilities :
