Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for K-5 students.
- Utilize curriculum materials and educational software to deliver engaging instruction.
- Create daily lesson plans and classroom schedules that meet state and school standards.
- Establish and maintain a structured, safe, and effective learning environment.
- Deliver instruction in both Spanish and English.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher or relevant role.
- Experience working with children with a variety of disabilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or related field.
- Illinois LBS1 Certification.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
- Ability to work up to 37.5 hours per week.
