What You ll Do :
Monitor student progress consistently adjusting teaching strategies to address the unique learning needs of each student.
Work collaboratively with educators to incorporate English language support across all academic areas ensuring a seamless learning experience.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment by establishing clear behavioral expectations that promote engagement and respect.
Inspire and empower English Language Learners (ELL) through dynamic standardsaligned lessons designed to build confidence and proficiency.
Provide personalized instruction in both oneonone and smallgroup settings creating an environment where every student feels valued and supported.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an ESL Teacher or in a similar role.
- A bachelor s degree from an accredited institution (a master s degree is a plus).
- An active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with ESL endorsement.
- A passion for fostering growth in students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
