Job Details :
- Provide speech therapy services using researchbacked strategies to support the goals outlined in students IEPs.
- Conduct initial screenings and detailed evaluations to analyze students speech and language skills identifying the need for therapy or determining when services are no longer required.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in alignment with district standards and ASHA s code of ethics including session documentation progress updates and annual IEP reports.
- Actively engage in the IEP process by offering insights into present performance levels establishing clear and measurable goals and recommending effective treatment plans for students requiring speech therapy services.
